About Us
Founded as The Ealing Corporation in 1961, the company has provided optical and opto-mechanical products for Research, OEM and Industrial applications. The company originated near Harvard University and was based in Cambridge, Massachusetts for many years until moving to South Natick, Massachusetts. From the early days the company created a series of teaching catalogs that sought to educate and promote the products of the company.

Today, The Ealing catalog operates in USA as a brand of Hyland Optical Technologies, which manufactures, stocks, and ships a wide variety of products from our facility in Scotts Valley, California.
The European branch and sister company Ealing UG was founded in 2015 to serve customers outside the USA, as well as the R&D arm of Ealing to design new outstanding products.
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with our products and work hard to make sure all products are of exceptional quality, performance and reliability. We also encourage your feedback on what is working well and what is not working well, and any new products you would like to have that are not presently available.
